about pilates with my friends
At Pilates with My Friends, fitness is embraced as a lifestyle that nurtures the body, mind, and spirit. Through classical Pilates, each session becomes more than a workout — it becomes an opportunity to grow stronger, both physically and emotionally, while connecting with a supportive and uplifting community.
Classes are thoughtfully designed for all levels. The environment encourages each participant to challenge their limits, cultivate discipline, and experience the transformative power of consistent movement. PWMF thrives on connection, motivation, and collective progress — a space where strength and friendship evolve together.
our virtual private classes
The program runs for 4–8 weeks and is tailored to individual needs.
Unlike traditional group classes that follow a continuous 50-minute flow. Our private sessions serve as a foundation for greater body awareness and confidence based on your body, making it easier to transition into group settings or independent workouts.

The goal is to promote a deeper understanding of the body and support long-term strength, balance, and mindful movement.

Each session is fully personalized, with a focus on how the body moves and where it needs support. Sessions are designed to strengthen weaker areas, improve mobility, enhance posture, and build overall strength.
ABOUT JENNIFER
Jennifer Rodriguez is a lifelong athlete, movement specialist, and the founder of Pilates with My Friends. With over 2,000 hours of Classical Pilates training across all apparatus — including Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, and Mat. Her expertise is rooted in both technical precision and real-world athletic experience.

Before launching her Pilates career, Jennifer lived in the high-intensity world of competitive cheerleading and gymnastics. A space where pushing limits was routine. She faced torn ligaments in one ankle and in one hand, along with multiple ankle sprains throughout her career. Yet those challenges sparked a fascination with recovery and a determination to heal quickly so she could keep competing at the highest level.

In 2020, everything shifted. After a jet ski accident left her with a fractured back, her rehabilitation combined physical therapy with Pilates practice. What began as a way to rebuild her strength became much more. Pilates not only restored her body, it revealed her calling.

In addition to her Pilates certifications, Jennifer has worked with high-profile clients across the country, offering personalized private and virtual sessions tailored to each individual’s goals. Her classes blend disciplined movement with an encouraging, energetic atmosphere — bridging classical form with the dynamic spirit of an athlete.
